The Agent in the beginning expressed a commitment to my best interest as my broker, marketed the house well, and I received an offer 3 days after the house was listed. It seemed as if the buyers and their agent were waiting for the house to go up for sale. Almost seemed contrived, but Great! Once an offer was presented, I'm sorry to say I felt manipulated by my agent and no longer felt she was serving my best interest. As the process continued, I saw and heard from my agent less and less, and I felt I was left to fin for myself. A day before the closing she left a voicemail message on my cell saying she will be late arriving to the closing tomorrow. She didn't show up for the closing at all, just sent a note for me through the buyer's agent. My experience with Julie Kaczor began hopeful, and ended less than disappointing.
